I find it hard to understand certain things in this world for instance the dieting process by many individuals.
well i have managed to stay in shape for quite long despite being some one who had whale weight. i could care less of what many say about me making funny comments about being over weight but i refused to be compelled by such characters as they tend to invade your peace.
Being a human being, i knew i could have thought of unrealistic solutions which could have endangered my self . but then it was not my final judgment of implementation i could possibly pass.
The factor of Obesity is not by choice but by fate that one could not avoid, as most of many individuals enjoy while others feel its a pity to them selves of what people think of them.being obese is quite a danger to life because it will result to so many complications:
1. Body balance functional organs will begin taking different shapes of operation resulting to damages in the body build up.
2. Obesity can also result to having heart failure which eventually will cause attack and sometimes to death on short notice.
3. Obese can also cause some one get more lazy because of being over weight which means the it will take a person to try to work him or he self out but at the end will require enough quantity of food there by creating it instead of destroying it. however, this is not something which is not permanent because it can be regulated and controlled. but how?
One needs to observe the diet of daily intake: often we eat food stuffs of different orientation without knowing the impact. we need to start regulate how we eat, this does not necessarily mean that you should starve your self because you want to get to shape so quickly because it may turn out to be so dangerous. food is needed in the body for other functions, you can do this by still eating the same as usual yet only the choice and diet menu may have to change.the meals you have always had in the course of the day will only be limited to one and must be eaten only when you are hungry.
the idea of doing this , is to check the routine which is to adjust the menu. say like some one who wants to quit smoking, can never quit easily out of the blue. lets say if this person has been smoking at an average of 10 cigarrets a day and he decides to quit that habit, then he has to begin by elimination method that is reducing the number of cigarretes by one each day until you see your self almost ending the reign of chain smoking. this too applies to dieting. you get what is enough for your body sustainability.
Another thing is eat something that will make you a lot of drink water all the time. one would feel a lot of water in the stomach and hardly feels like not eating anything. for extended period.
and lastly do regular exercises even if it means that walking a round the house compound or rather street walk for every 30 minutes a day, you will see many changes to your body sooner than later. do some stretches by trying to bring out the abs so that your stomach tries to get flat. by this, you will feel a great pain through the muscles which will prompt you feel like just bed your self instead of thinking of your appetite.
on top of that, limit dinner and try to just take a drink or coffee or just a juice and a donate or just bread without pinnate applied on. we will continue on the next issue. of perfecting shape. thanks
